We are now looking for reinforcement for our Athens team to support recruiting for the Iberia market. - You will be the first point of contact and advisor for our colleagues and will work closely with various specialist departments at Hemmersbach.
- You will take over the entire in-house recruiting process for positions in the IT and commercial sectors - from advertising and pre-selection to interviews and final hiring.
- In close collaboration with hiring managers, you will provide expert HR guidance throughout the decision-making process, ensuring that every hiring choice is aligned with organizational goals.
- You will accompany new employees throughout the entire hiring process.
- Active sourcing, identification, and direct approach of suitable candidates via various channels will be part of your daily business.
- You will further develop our recruiting strategies and contribute new ideas to continuously improve our performance.
Tasks
- Handle end-to-end recruiting on a global level
- Develop recruiting strategies for specific fields
- Consult business on hiring: who/where/when?
- Take the lead for special projects
- Provide KPI updates
