POSITION SCOPE:
• Central point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new healthcare professionals, ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed.
• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Assist in developing and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide support to staff by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks, particularly in data entry and documentation.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, patients, and external stakeholders. Identify issues proactively and contribute to effective solutions.
