Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Spanish-Speaking B2B Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation. This role requires partnering with Spanish-speaking business clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored B2B solutions that enhance business performance and operational success.

You will coordinate with various departments to design, implement, and support innovative business solutions while ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Engage with Spanish-speaking B2B clients to gather and assess their business challenges
• Design and deliver customized solutions that meet client objectives
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of solutions
• Provide training and continuous support to clients following implementation
• Document client communications and project details accurately
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and business growth

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
• Proven experience in B2B solutions consulting or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
