Spanish-Speaking Consultant for Online Payment Solutions Department In Athens

Mercier Consultancy is excited to invite applications for a Spanish-Speaking Consultant in our Online Payment Solutions Department based in Athens. In this important role, you will support Spanish-speaking clients in effectively managing and enhancing their online payment systems, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources needed for successful transactions.

You will engage directly with clients, offering personalized assistance and solutions tailored to their specific requirements. Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service will be vital in building strong client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their payment journey.
Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries regarding online payment solutions
• Conduct training sessions on payment system functionalities and best practices
• Troubleshoot issues effectively and provide timely resolutions to client concerns
• Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of support activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client issues and develop effective solutions
• Gather and implement feedback from clients to continuously improve service offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in online payment technologies

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
• A strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality support
• Basic knowledge of online payment systems is a plus but not required
• Proficient in problem-solving and a proactive approach to client support
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar field is beneficial but not essential
