Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Spanish-Speaking Consultant in our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department, located in vibrant Athens, Greece. In this pivotal role, you will support and guide our Spanish-speaking clients as they explore and utilize our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing solutions. Your insights and expertise will empower clients to maximize their use of our technologies and achieve their strategic objectives.

As part of your responsibilities, you will conduct training sessions, address client inquiries, and troubleshoot any technical challenges that may arise. Your dedication to client satisfaction will significantly contribute to building strong relationships and ensuring successful adoption of our offerings.
Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries related to SaaS and cloud computing products
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations and training sessions to enhance client knowledge
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and enhance service delivery
• Stay informed about industry trends and new features to effectively assist clients

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
• Basic understanding of SaaS and cloud computing concepts is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience in customer support or consulting is advantageous but not required
• A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn about cloud solutions is essential
