Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content within the gaming and e-sports community in Spanish
• Review and evaluate content submissions and interactions to ensure they meet community guidelines
• Assist players through forums and chat platforms by answering questions and addressing issues
• Identify and escalate any instances of inappropriate behavior or content
• Collaborate with team members to improve user experiences and community engagement
• Keep up with the latest gaming trends and e-sports news for effective moderation
• Promote a respectful and inclusive environment for all community members

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong familiarity and passion for gaming and e-sports culture
• Experience in content moderation or community management is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
