This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and engaging social media environment for our Spanish-speaking community. As a Content Moderator, your main responsibility will be to review and manage social media content to ensure it adheres to community standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities - Monitor and moderate social media content in Spanish to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Accurately review and categorize content based on established policies and standards.
- Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate or harmful content in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback and insights on trends in social media content and user interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve moderation processes and user experience.
- Stay up to date with company policies and emerging social media trends related to content moderation.
Requirements - Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in social media moderation or content moderation roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply community standards consistently.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaborating with teammates.
- Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism.
