Mercier Consultancy MD is on the lookout for a talented Spanish Speaking Customer Success Account Manager to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will be the primary contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance to achieve their business objectives. You will play a key role in fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - Act as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, cultivating strong professional relationships.
- Guide clients in maximizing the value of our products and services to meet their goals.
- Proactively address client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of their issues.
- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement levels, providing feedback to internal teams to enhance services.
- Manage client accounts and develop strategies to drive customer success.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer success or account management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a basic understanding of technology.
