Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding iRobot products via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
- Offer clear instructions and product information to customers.
- Document interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on product developments, software updates, and company policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service, preferably with electronic or robotic products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation assistance provided.
