Spanish-Speaking IT Support - 100% Remote (Poland)
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking IT Support Agent to join our team! This is a 100% remote role, but candidates must reside in Poland. You will provide first-level technical support to end users, ensuring smooth workplace operations by resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
Shift patters: 1pm - 11pm CET - shifts do not exceed 8 hours per day

The Role:< <
Provide remote first-level support for end users' hardware and software< Log and manage user incidents via phone, email, or ticketing systems< Install, configure, and troubleshoot MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) and VPN connectivity issues.< Identify solutions or workarounds to technical issues< Follow ITIL best practices for problem management and escalation< Participate in testing, deployment, and stabilization activities< Keep users updated on ticket status and resolution progress< Provide basic end-user training on workplace services< Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution< Maintain support documentation and share knowledge with peers< Escalate complex issues or outages when necessary.<
What you will bring:< < Fluent in Spanish & English (written and spoken)< Experience in IT Service Desk or IT Support roles< Ability to Install, configure, and troubleshoot MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) and VPN connectivity issues< Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and workplace technology< Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices< Excellent problem-solving and communication skills< Ability to work in shift patterns as required.<
