Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional support in Spanish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product-related questions, and service requests efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for quality assurance and reporting.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and address customer feedback.
- Stay informed about our products, services, and promotions to provide relevant assistance.
Requirements - Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous.
