Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and professional support to Spanish-speaking players across multiple channels such as email, chat, and social media.
• Investigate and resolve account, gameplay, and technical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of player interactions and support cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex player issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Gather and communicate player feedback to Riot Games' development teams.
• Promote a positive, inclusive gaming environment through empathetic communication.
• Stay updated on Riot Games' products, updates, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Native language and nationality must be specified in your application.
• Excellent communication and customer support skills.
• Previous experience in player support or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming culture.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
