STRATEGIC MANDATE: CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

You will function as the technical authority, ensuring that every maintenance intervention is fiscally optimized and mechanically sound.

• Technical Validation: Analyze and authorize repair estimates and maintenance requests from automotive workshops across the Spanish market.
• Expert Consulting: Provide high-level advisory to clients and partners regarding complex vehicle mechanics and maintenance protocols.
• Incident Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical claims, ensuring clinical cost-effectiveness and strict adherence to safety standards.
• Linguistic Mediation: Utilize your bilingual mastery to bridge technical gaps between international stakeholders in Spanish and Portuguese.

• Automotive Expertise (Mandatory): Solid, hands-on experience as an Automotive Mechanic. You must possess an intimate understanding of vehicle components, labor times, and workshop operations.
