JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking Cyara Expert who is accountable for enhancing, supporting, and managing the in-house testing process and drive the migration activity on cloud.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Perform End to End Testing of contact Center work flows in both English and Spanish
• Software quality assurance / technical testing experience in Voice/ Contact Center technologies namely Genesys, IVR, CTI, Softphone, Call Recording, Verint.
• Hands on experience in contact center Technology, experience in testing Genesys call routing, CTI / custom softphone applications, IVRs validation is a plus.
• Experience in developing Manual and automation test scripts with CYARA.
• Hands on experience in Cyara and should have extensive experience in using Data Driven, Cruncher/Cruncher Lite, Tags and running campaigns.
• Load Testing activity in regular intervals and report generation.
• Design and/ or Oversee development of test approaches, test strategies, test plans, and test results to ensure testing is right- sized and risk- based testing principles are applied.
• Should be flexible to work over weekends and stretch as and when required.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's or master's degree

EXPERIENCE

• Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management)
• Experience in working on various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors etc.
• Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Fluency in Spanish and English - both written and Spoken
• 2-4 yrs of Experience of Software quality assurance / technical testing experience in Voice/ Contact Center technologies namely Genesys, IVR, CTI, Softphone, Call Recording, Verint.
