Spanish/Greek-Speaking Fit Out Manager | Riyadh

About the Opportunity:

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Successful delivery of medium to large-scale fit-out projects across KSA.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive programme performance.
• Minimum 8 - 12 years of fit-out construction experience.
• Proven experience delivering commercial, corporate, hospitality, retail, or high-end interior fit-out projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methodologies, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Experience working within fast-paced turnkey and design-and-build environments.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid KSA driving licence preferred.
• Fluent Greek or Spanish (as per client's requirement).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fit-out construction projects from mobilisation through to handover.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate construction activities, procurement, engineering, MEP, and finishing works.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce HSE compliance.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and project documentation.
• Manage client relationships and attend progress meetings.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover processes.
• Prepare and submit project reports to senior management.
