Job Summary:
The Technical Account Manager will serve as a dedicated technical advisor for our merchants. This role involves understanding the client's technical needs and coordinating with our internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provides technical support for merchant integration
- Analyze merchant integration requirement
- Provides tier-two low-level support for escalated issues originating from the merchant
- Log defects and track defect status - working closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects and execute re-tests and regression testing.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure the correctness of the PSP Integrations
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a PHP developer and knowledge in node and react is a plus.
- Established experience with merchant PSP integration and onboarding
- Close familiarity with CRM and payment accounting platforms
- Good understanding of payment processing (Merchant, PSP, Acquiring)
- Hands-on skilled in debugging and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required.
