Your role: Transport Coordinator performs day-to-day transport management process (e.g. shipment planning, execution control, FBA support etc.) Uses the LLP route planning tools to organize transport requirements as advised by customer plants (road, air, ocean transport). It is the first point of contact for supply chain partners for any transport related enquiries and works in close collaboration with them and implementation and delivery of integrated transportation solutions as part of the LLP Supply Chain solutions.

What you will do ? - Act as the main point of contact between DHL, customer sites, global logistics teams, vendors, and carriers to ensure smooth and effective transport coordination;
- Reduce costs and enhance efficiency by selecting the most suitable carrier for each shipment;
- Ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are delivered on time according to agreed schedules;
- Monitor transport execution and manage urgent or time-sensitive shipments as needed.
Who are we looking for? - Professionals with operational experience in transport management - road, sea, air, or rail (experience in multiple areas is a strong plus);
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) - mandatory;
- Hands-on experience in coordinating transportation and working with carriers;
- Knowledge on OTM or other TMS systems (an advantage).
