Overview

Are you a fluent Spanish speaker and ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role with one of the world's leading insurance brokers? Gallagher is looking for a talented individual to be trained as Credit Control Analyst and make a real impact.

In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts across industries such as Marine, Art & Specie, Energy, Construction, Financial Risks, and Property & Casualty. You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth financial processes and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

How you'll make an impact

  • Investigate unallocated cash by working closely with brokers and clients.
  • Chase outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
  • Manage high volumes of queries and resolve urgent issues efficiently.
  • Provide detailed commentary on aged debt reports and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Perform root cause analysis to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Reconcile client statements and ensure compliance with Gallagher's policies and regulations.


About you

  • Fluent Spanish speaker.
  • Ideally with experience finance, either in credit control, purchase ledger, cash allocations, or accounts receivables (not essential).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve root causes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • We will also be flexible on the above requirements for a fluent Spanish speaker.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience, accountability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
