As a Paralegal, you play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our legal practice. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence contribute significantly to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle legal documents and files, even in a remote work environment. Maintain meticulous records for easy retrieval.
• Utilize online resources and databases to gather relevant information. Provide concise summaries and insights to assist attorneys in building strong cases.
• Collaborate with attorneys to create accurate and well-structured legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, or virtual channels. Your clear communication ensures a positive client experience.
• Handle scheduling, appointments, and deadlines. Keep attorneys organized and on track.
• Maintain organized case files, ensuring all relevant materials are readily accessible.
• File documents accurately and promptly to meet court rules and deadlines.
• Work closely with attorneys and legal professionals. Assist in managing their caseload, providing essential administrative support.
• Help organize case materials, track deadlines, and manage case-related information effectively.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Law or currently in Law School is required
• Personal Injury experience is a plus
• Minimum of 1-2 years of paralegal experience.
• Familiarity with specific practice areas (e.g., bankruptcy, immigration, family law) as needed.
• Comfortable using technology tools for communication, document management, and research.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understand and adhere to legal ethics and confidentiality requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Willing to work on the Pacific Standard Time schedule, this is a graveyard shift for the Philippines.
• Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
