About the Role

Reporting to the Lead HR Reward, this position is responsible for providing technical remuneration and benefits support to stakeholders, in collaboration with onshore Reward Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The role involves executing operational reward activities, including both cyclical and business-as-usual tasks that fall within the scope of Reward Operations (RO). Additionally, it includes other ad hoc Reward activities that are essential for supporting the business overall, with responsibilities that may vary depending on the specific pillar or asset assignment, including policies and processes review.

This role is expected to:
  • Have a close interaction with all our stakeholders involved in our processes and with our counterparts at Local Reward.
  • Execute advanced reporting analysis and governance for internal and external remuneration reporting requirements.
  • Participate in cyclical and ad hoc projects, including but not limited to ARR (Annual Reward Review), Labor Budget Assumption (LBA), Market Data Submission (MDS) and Market Data Analysis (MDA).
  • Participate in the process of continuous improvement, propose micro-improvements, optimize and automate processes.
  • Keep abreast of industry-related developments and best practices and recommend possible adaptations applicable to Reward Operations, and broader HR if applicable.
  • Be aligned with the company's values, making them part of their work and showing commitment to them.
  • Form good interaction with our customers, improving their perception and providing an increasingly better service. OR: Resolve transactional or process-based remuneration and benefits queries for the business, to support a positive employee experience.


About You

  • Degree or equivalent education in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting/leading projects, improving processes, customer service and working with systems.
  • Experience working with data analysis systems, dashboards and/or reporting (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, Advanced Excel or others)
  • Proficiency in use of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • High attention to detail, have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple and parallel activities, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and explain complex issues.
  • Strong stakeholder management as an individual contributor. Must have the ability to effectively work with employees across all levels of the organization, positively influence and engage individuals and teams to work and meet project and other reward operation objectives.
  • Flexible, adaptable and finds new ways of solving challenges.
  • Understanding of relevant functional processes.
  • Fluent Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
  • SuccessFactors and SAP system knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge or Studies in Engineering/Science/Administration is a plus.
  • Knowledge or Studies in Project Management is a plus.
