Yepoda is a young skincare startup located in Berlin, launched in spring 2020. Our passion? Korean skincare!

Korean skincare rituals are well-known in the beauty scene as the secret weapon for healthy and beautiful skin. At Yepoda, we believe in Korean expertise, traditions, and beauty innovations, and we give all our skincare products our own twist: Our mindfully produced skincare products are 100% free of questionable ingredients like silicones and parabens, cruelty-free, vegan, and made with love in Korea by our K-Beauty experts.
Our products are sold via our online shop, and we've already established ourselves on social media and among well-known influencers.

Our team is made up of more than 40 amazing human beings from all over the world, actively writing Yepoda's story. You probably guessed it already: Our company language is English. On a typical day in the office, you'll hear everything from Dutch, French, Spanish, Korean, Italian, and a bit of German. At the moment, we are looking for a Spanish Brand & Communications Manager (m/f/d) who is based in Berlin:

Your Tasks

• Support the social media team with idea generation, content production, and content scheduling
• Support with copywriting & marketing translations, ensuring our brand's message is communicated effectively across all channels
• Establish and maintain brand & communication guidelines, ensuring they are followed by all departments
• Collaborate with other teams like marketing, design, and customer service to ensure brand consistency and aligned communication throughout different touchpoints
• Manage public relations activities, including crafting press releases, managing PR agencies, and building relationships with media outlets
• Support with organizing photo & video shoots
• Manage projects dependent on brand & business strategy to enhance Yepoda's visibility and market position
• Conduct market & consumer research, particularly focusing on the Spanish market and culture
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, with a specific emphasis on Spain

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in communication, economics, or a similar field
• First experience in Brand Management, Communications, PR, Social Media, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a similar field
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), Google programs (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Skills in Canva and/or Adobe programs are a plus
• Creativity, focus on results, and strong communication skills
• Passion for beauty topics
• You are a strong communicator internally and externally and understand how to craft exciting storytelling for our customers
• You are highly organized, reliable, and efficient, with a proactive and collaborative work ethic
• Strong copywriting skills in English and native-level proficiency in Spanish
• Familiarity with current social media trends, especially Instagram and TikTok, with a deep understanding of the Spanish market and cultural nuances
• A team player with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to adapt to new trends and requirements
• Knowledge of recent trends in Spain and a strong connection to Spain's culture, with the ability to grow the Spanish brand identity
