Please note that for this role Spanish & Portuguese (C2/C1 or native) are required.
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the Spanish & Portuguese markets
- Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team
- Continuously improve customer experience and streamlining processes
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seeking out potential partnerships, keeping ahead of industry developments
- Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation
What Makes You a Great Fit •
- Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers
- Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering
- Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem
- Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish, Portuguese and English
