Job Purpose The Shared Services CTC Disputes Assistant will be responsible for resolving queries raised by customers and internal CCEP stakeholders. The position will be tasked with driving and delivering CTC service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service.
Key Responsibilities - Works with the BUs to build positive, constructive relationships and works in partnership with each to drive an effective and smooth deployment of CTC processes into the SSC
- Supports the other team members (where appropriate) to ensure the successful completion of all CTC in-scope activities to Shared Service
- Provides feedback and support to the Disputes Team Leader in driving end-to-end standard Query Handling/OTC processes across the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Services business
- Effective and efficient service delivery
- Effective and efficient Incidence Management
- Taking part of formal action plans to address issues
- Ensure SOX & audit compliance
- Meeting and exceeding SPA targets
Experience required - Experience required Minimum of 1 years
- Customer to Cash experience in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment
- Understanding of wider Customer to Cash area processes
- Ability to address complex CTC issues and escalating to the appropriate level where required
- ERP experience desirable, preferably SAP
- Strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Time management, planning and organization

Language Capability & expert level Essential: English + Spanish
Education & Qualifications required - University degree preferably in Economics/Finance
- Query Handling/Accounts Receivable experience in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment
