We are looking to appoint an outstanding Pastoral Leader who will join the Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Headteacher to lead the further development of our pastoral/behaviour systems.
As the Pastoral leader you will have responsibility for leading, developing and managing behaviour systems; ensuring that standards of attainment and achievement are high and students make accelerated and sustained progress. We are looking to appoint an inspirational leader who will:
- Be an outstanding teacher with a passion for teaching.
- Be up to date with positive behaviour management strategies and trauma informed practice
- Be passionate about inclusive practice an equality of opportunity.
- Be an excellent communicator.
The pastoral support team includes a full-time, non-teaching pastoral support manager, 2 pastoral support workers, and 5 Learning leaders (Heads of year), for which the successful candidate will have line management responsibility.
