We are seeking candidates with experience in enhanced due diligence, business intelligence, investigative research, market research or a related industry to join our expanding Iberia and Latin America team in London. The requirements of the role are:

- Leading, managing and developing junior analysts
- Project management
- Case management, including drafting proposals, managing adherence to procedures and processes, allocation, quality and delivery
- Organisational and multi-tasking skills in prioritising team resources and projects efficiently within timeframes and budgets
- Time management skills. Able to work effectively and calmly under tight deadlines and under pressure
- Report writing
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Ability to read and analyse complex texts in Spanish, Portuguese or both is essential (other languages are also welcome)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of writing public record research and human source reports to a high standard
- Strong application of open-source information, research techniques, sources and databases, including familiarity with litigation, sanctions, and compliance databases etc.
- Editorial and presentation skills
- Client management and networking
- Client management skills including managing expectations, negotiation, handling client communication and briefing clients
- Ability to create networks and build relationships both internally and externally including attending industry events
- Research and analysis
- A firm understanding of financial crime concepts and regional knowledge of and a passion for the region
- Track record of research, analysis and presentation of data
- An ability to condense large amounts of complex information in an accurate, logical and concise manner
- Ability to meet client requirements, identify gaps and ensure quality standards are met through critical and lateral thinking
- MS Office proficiency
The candidate will:
