MyOutDesk is seeking a Bilingual Executive Assistant proficient in both Spanish and English to support our diverse clientele in a dynamic global environment. Key ResponsibilitiesManage communications, emails, and schedules for executive staff in both Spanish and English
Conduct online research, data entry, and document management
Assist with customer service inquiries, providing support via phone, email, or chat
Help maintain the organization of files, records, and other administrative tasks
Coordinate and prepare for meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Contribute to team projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams

RequirementsFluent in both Spanish and English-capable of clear and effective written and spoken communication in both languages.
Proven experience in administrative or executive support-at least 2 years of experience preferred in similar roles.
Excellent organizational skills-ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with office software-proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Tech-savvy-comfortable with various software applications and eager to learn new technologies.
Strong attention to detail-ensuring accuracy in communications, scheduling, and documentation.
Professional demeanor-possessing discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
