Mission

• Diagnostic/Automotive Support: Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and software.

• Analyze problems and provide solutions or escalate as necessary.

• Technical Documentation: Maintain and update technical records and documentation related to vehicle repairs and maintenance.

• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their issues, explain technical details, and provide updates on repair status.

• Parts and Equipment Management: Manage and order automotive parts and equipment.

• Ensure that all tools and equipment are in working order.

• Repair Assistance: Support mechanics and technicians in performing repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards of workmanship.

• Training and Support: Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff or new hires as neede

Profil

• Bilingual Communication: Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese (written and verbal), with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users in both languages.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.

• Experience with diagnostic tools and repair procedures.
