Carrier Onboarding Coordinator (Spanish-Bilingual)

Key Roles & Responsibilities/ Key Job Functions:

  • Assist Project Manager (PM) in all carrier deployment activities by driving and managing their own set of tasks without requiring daily guidance and assignments from the PM or Department Manager
  • Responsible for on-boarding the carrier from the initial stage, coordinate testing, until go live (MTP)
  • Track and manage carrier deployment activities with the status report submitted to the PM and stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Setup internal and external meetings with the carrier and provide meeting minutes and status of the carrier deployment
  • Resolve issues between Carriers, Internal Team, and Customers (internal and external)
  • Update related deployment tickets and Smartsheet on a regular basis so stakeholders are updated on the status of the carrier deployment
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Monitor project on-boarding progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project carrier deployment status to stakeholders
  • Ensure that training, kickoff, and regular calls are organized whenever necessary

Education, Experience & Certification Basic Requirements:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course or a bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years' experience in IT project coordination or IT project deployments,
  • Freight Audit & Pay & Transportation Logistics, operations, process improvement or related function
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • Understanding of common logistics operations and invoicing process
  • Contact center/back-office operations or shared service operations experience is a plus
  • Supervisory Experience is a plus
  • A MUST : knows how to speak/converse, read and write Spanish, Portuguese and English
  • Assigned onsite in our Cebu Office
