The Channel Development Representative is responsible for enabling and supporting non-managed partners. This role is responsible for providing reactive assistance to all non-managed partners who contact Veeam.
Responsibilities:- Providing support for our partners (e.g. licensing support and product-related questions for Veeam products)
- Managing the pipeline flow from these partners by registering Deals within our 48-hour SLA
- Enrolling and activating new partners who request to join the Veeam ProPartner Network
- Aligning with other team members, such as Distribution Managers (field or Inside), to efficiently and optimally manage partner inquiries
- Developing strong working knowledge of Veeam software products and the benefits they offer to potential and existing partners
- Driving adoption of the ProPartner Portal and Partner University
- Leveraging long-term partnership through ad-hoc activities (e.g. reactivation campaigns on call-out days)
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Fluent Spanish & English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, Instant Messaging, and over the phone)
- A passion for and a willingness to learn about our products and services
