The RoleWe're looking for passionate and empathetic hustlers to join us. This is not your typical sales or customer success position. Instead, you'll be working with real families with real human problems. Your role is to empower underserved families to take the most transformative step of their life to access care.
In this role, you will:- Own and drive the family care experience. Your role will revolve around communicating with families and setting rigorous expectations. You'll be in charge of managing the family care requirements together with our clinical team.
- Uplift our families. You'll guide families through the healthcare maze. You are their biggest cheerleader during the highest highs and lowest lows. You are always there when they need you most.
Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams across Abby Care. The RequirementsWe index more on your experience and hustle than on anything else:
- Must have a higher-educational degree or equivalent.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- At least 1+ years of experience with customer support or similar customer-facing roles such as, but not exclusive to:
- Customer Representative
- Sales Representative
- Intake Coordinator
- Excitement to work with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to process development.
- 100% commitment. This role is not fit for anyone with a side hustle or looking for part-time opportunities.
- English and Spanish speaker
- Willing to work during 9AM to 5PM US EST hours
