Our client is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Client Services Representative, who will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our valued clients.

Your responsibilities will encompass addressing client inquiries, fostering positive relationships, and educating clients on the company's array of products and services. Your contributions will directly impact the maintenance of strong connections between the company and our esteemed clientele.

The starting rate for this role is 5 USD per hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries through email, phone, or chat with professionalism and empathy, delivering world-class service.
  • Meet Client Service team objectives by ensuring prompt response and resolution times for client cases.
  • Educate clients on search procedures, required forms, and the adverse action process.
  • Assist clients in setting up new user accounts, processing orders, and conducting training on our background screening application.
  • Provide orientation to new clients regarding the billing process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information and forms from clients for search execution.

Requirements
  • Possess a positive and solution-focused attitude, contributing to a proactive and supportive work environment.
  • Display interest in acquiring knowledge of application support and service delivery.
  • Demonstrate an eagerness for continuous improvement and advancement.
  • Exhibit the ability to adhere to regular and punctual attendance.
  • Function effectively both as an independent contributor and a collaborative team player.
  • Showcase proficiency in verbal and written communication, skillfully adapting communication styles to suit the audience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 - 2 years of prior experience in a Call Center environment within a Client Services Department.
  • Familiarity with G-Suite and Microsoft Office products.
  • Prior exposure to Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish, cultivate, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Capable of effectively operating a computer for extended periods, including navigating between various windows/browsers, conducting extensive internet research, and typing at a rate of 45 WPM.

System Requirements
  • At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
    • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
  • A webcam
  • Noise-canceling USB Headset
  • Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
  • Smartphone
