Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is fluent in both Spanish and English to source, screen, and manage candidates from Spanish-speaking countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cultural and professional nuances of these regions and will be able to work flexibly as per the project's needs.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities: - Talent Sourcing:
- Identify and engage with potential candidates in Spanish-speaking countries through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
- Candidate Screening:
- Conduct initial interviews in Spanish to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate candidate resumes and job applications.
- Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Provide insights into the Spanish-speaking talent market.
- Coordination:
- Schedule interviews between candidates and internal teams.
- Assist candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the management team.
Qualifications: - Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with international or remote hiring.
- Experience recruiting in Spanish-speaking countries is highly desirable.
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
