About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team where you will play a pivotal role in the procure-to-pay process for our North American regions.
As a Coordinator - Procurement (Spanish), you will be responsible for processing purchase requests, creating purchase orders while ensuring an efficient and compliant procurement process.

What you will be doing - Handle the end-to-end process of Purchase Requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage Purchase Orders for North American region, working with various stakeholders to meet their procurement needs
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers in North America and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and ease of collaboration
- Facilitating smooth transitions between Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders
- Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate and resolve any issues related to invoicing, delivery, and other procurement matters
- Oversee the entire procure-to-pay process, from requisition to invoice, and efficiency in every step
- Verify and match good receipts with purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
What you will bring - At least 3 years of experience in procurement and or supply chain
- Bachelor's degree within economics or logistics or supply chain management or purchasing
- Previous supply chain or procurement work experience in manufacturing industries
- Process-driven, detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in processing and documentation
- Strong analytical thinking and numerical aptitude
- APICS, ISM or other recognised supply chain organisation certification preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work between 9:00PM to 6:00AM or 10:00PM to 7:00AM
- Proficiency in the Spanish language required
