The CS Back Office is a European organization responsible for ensuring the implementation and execution of EPC-defined pricing, related rules, and policies. The Gatekeeper plays a crucial role in managing pricing activities, process improvements, and serving as the first point of contact for the sales team and data center.
As CSBO Gatekeeper you will:- Serve as the first contact for the sales team and data center (Data Admin team for CMD and PMD).
- Activity-Based Pricing: Manage and oversee pricing processes and ensure adherence to established policies.
- Gatekeeping: Ensure EPC-defined pricing and policies are properly implemented and executed.
- Process Improvement: Identify and escalate opportunities for process improvements within the cluster.
- Sales Meetings: Attend sales meetings within the cluster and present country-specific updates.
- BO Calls: Participate in back-office calls as needed.
- Training & Support: Train the sales and front office teams on process improvements, policy updates, and changes that may impact them.
- Business Control: Oversee day-to-day operations, workload balance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- KPI Responsibility: Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing and operational efficiency.
- Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Senior Gatekeeper of the region.
Qualifications & Profile:- Fluent English and Spanish
- Passion for delivering excellent service.
- Proven experience in an office environment is a plus.
- Strong financial awareness with a solid understanding of pricing and policies.
- Excellent skills in process understanding and process improvement.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage (including Master Data, Pricing, and Deal Management tools, with experience managing customer contracts and converting them into SAP master data)
- Numerate with high attention to detail, methodical approach, and ability to manage large volumes of data.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities efficiently.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with standard office applications (Google Apps, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent administration, organization, and workload prioritization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High levels of drive, motivation, and initiative, with the ability to lead change within the organization.
- Openness to regional travel within the cluster, if requested.
- Openness to work in hybrid mode
