Do you have a passion for helping people and a knack for legal matters? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team.

As a Legal Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, collecting case information, preparing legal documents, and ensuring excellent service.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with potential clients via phone calls and emails to generate leads and interest for the company's products or services
  • Perform initial client assessments and evaluations to determine the client's eligibility and suitability for the company's products or services
  • Gather and organize case documentation and information to facilitate the intake process and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Schedule and follow up on appointments and consultations for clients to maintain contact and engagement with clients throughout the case lifecycle
  • Assist in the drafting and filing of legal documents to support the legal team and ensure accuracy and timeliness of document preparation and submission
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients to build trust and loyalty with clients and enhance the company's reputation and referrals

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish. You must communicate with clients who speak either language and translate legal documents as needed.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or similar roles. You will need to have strong skills in listening, empathizing, and resolving client issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to convey information clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and build rapport with clients, attorneys, and other staff.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask. You will need to be able to handle multiple cases and tasks simultaneously, while ensuring accuracy and completeness of data and documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. You will need to be able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for creating, editing, and managing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and emails.
  • Able to work remotely and manage time and tasks efficiently. You will need to have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace and be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a legal or law firm setting is a plus. You will have an advantage if you have prior knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documents, and familiarity with the legal industry and its standards.
  • Must have a personal Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above with Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps.
  • Available to work in PST (Pacific Standard Time) time zone. You will need to be able to adjust your schedule to match the working hours of our clients and attorneys in the United States.
