Based in Algés, Lisbon (Portugal)

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting directly to the Indirect Purchase Administrative Manager, you will perform several operations related to Indirect purchases in his/her scope, ensuring their treatment and management.

Main Responsabilities:

Manage and ensure the administrative tasks of Indirect Purchases within its scope:

• Cost estimates, invoices, monitoring of account statements, participate in dispute management with process documentation and contact suppliers when needed.
• Process order requests and purchase orders in internal systems, with validation of respective costs center associated.
• Control delivery deadlines for purchase orders whenever action is justified.
• Ensure a good daily operational relationship with internal customers and suppliers.
• Key User support for CEVA internal platforms.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 1 year experience in similar position, experience within a shared service environment would be a plus;
• Good knowledge on Excel.
• Language: Spanish mandatory (Minimum C1).

• Fixed-term contract (12 months).
• Hybrid work: 3 days at the office and 2 remotely.
• Competitive salary: 1.200€ (gross).
