Job Description- Bosch is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commercial manager that will promote the growth of sales and on-site conversion of the regional (Spain) eShop and marketplaces.
Your contribution to something big: - Monitor and optimize the performance of sales and on-site conversion (CVR).
- Drive and optimize sales performance of the regional D2C eShop and marketplaces.
- Hold responsibility for meeting regional P&L targets, regional D2C eShop and marketplaces sales metrics.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of global commercial guidelines on the regional eShop and marketplaces.
- Coordinate regularly with the regional head Digital Sales, eShop capability owner and hold relationships with regional marketplaces manager.
QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in the field of eCommerce, Digital marketing, or sales in digital platforms.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work self-directed.
- Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation, key account management.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Availability to travel.
