We are looking for an experienced and agile HR Advisor to join our international Human Resources team. As a trusted partner for both managers and team members, you will have the opportunity to support various HR activities, ensuring compliance and providing guidance on employee matters. This role involves collaborating with leaders, managing key processes such as compliance with labor laws across multiple EU countries, handling disputes, and coaching managers.

You will be based at the European office in Amersfoort, and you will be reporting to the Manager Personnel Relations. Within Applied Medical this position has the internal job title of Personnel Relations Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance: Update and implement employee handbooks, policies, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring compliance with changing labor laws
- Employee Coaching: Advise managers and employees on disputes, absenteeism, and disciplinary matters
- Absenteeism Management: Support and give guidance in absenteeism cases and related employment agreements
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring legal compliance and improving employee experience
- Administration: Oversee time registration and provide administrative support while being a key contact with Personnel Operations
What you bring- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of, or willingness to learn, labor laws across multiple EU countries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
