Department OverviewAs Human Resources Operations Specialist you will be the first point of contact for answering HR questions and resolving HR-related issues. This is a great role for someone who is looking to gain experience in HR.
Job Description- Resolving our employees' HR inquiries throughout the whole employee life-cycle: from on-boarding, through workforce administration to exit administration
- Providing assistance for all areas of HR functions including HR Systems, HR Administration, Employment Verification, HR Policies and Procedures, Payroll, Rewards, Performance Management, Talent, Mobility
- Co-working with the EMEA HR team for all-rounded HR queries
- Contributing to HR-related projects
- Responsible for data tracking and analysis using our ticketing system
Basic Requirements- At least 2 years of related experience - HR Operations or HR Generalist
- University degree
- Fluent English AND Spanish or Portuguese
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer service approach
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via verbal and written communication
- Advanced Excel skills
