As part of its growth, Free2move Tunisia is looking for an HR Ops Specialist - Spanish Market to strengthen its teams.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Employee Experience Coordination
  • Manage the lifecycle of Free2movers: Onboarding/Offboarding, employment contracts, social security affiliations, mutual insurance, absences...
  • Maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) Personio and various monitoring files up to date,
  • Implement, with a constant focus on improvement, the hiring procedures for foreign employees (obtaining work permits, residence permits),
  • Create and formalise relevant personnel management and payroll processes and harmonise existing ones to ensure a successful employee experience,
  • Participate in various projects such as mergers/acquisitions, synergies, and optimisation of payroll tools and services,
  • Be the main point of contact for Free2movers, sharing and communicating key information to ensure the best "employee experience",
  • Ensure compliance with legislations, internal policies, and inform employees and managers to facilitate compliant practices,
  • Propose improvements and apply regulatory and collective agreement requirements.

Payroll Execution for Span & Internationally
  • Anticipate the collection of payroll elements in various countries and enhance the efficiency of collection processes,
  • Prepare and verify payroll elements for execution by payroll service providers,
  • Review and audit the produced pay slips, final settlements, and various allowances.

Position Description
  • Ensure accuracy in collaboration with service providers from each country

HR Reporting
  • Create pertinent HR dashboards to monitor personnel activity: workforce, absenteeism, payroll, gender equality index, turnover, work accidents/incidents...
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all legal and conventional obligations in collaboration with payroll service providers.

Education and Experience Requirements

Experience and Qualifications
  • Higher education (bachelor's/master's degree) in HR management and administration,
  • Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in HR management and payroll in a growing company with extensive international exposure,
  • Experience in creating and deploying optimised processes,
  • Expertise in payroll regulations across different countries including Germany, France, Spain, and knowledge of European regulations,
  • Fluency in English and Spaish is essential.

Technical Skills (Professional Requirements)
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks within the given instructions and prescribed routines,
  • Comfortable with numbers,
  • Aptitude for configuring HR tools,
  • Knowledgeable about the legal obligations related to personnel management in Europe,
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with Mac OS and Google Suite (Drive).

Behavioural Skills (Behavioural Requirements)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish,
  • Practical and independent with a strong sense of personal responsibility and meticulousness,
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
  • Positive attitude and team spirit in a complex environment,
  • Ability to work under pressure and stay focused on results,
  • Skill in researching information and developing solutions (problem-solving),
  • Dynamic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment,
  • Availability and service-mindedness to respond to requests,
  • Inclination towards administrative work,
  • Ability to identify and anticipate risks and alert in advance.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the role safely and successfully, adhering to federal, state, and local standards including qualitative and/or quantitative productivity metrics.
  • Must be able to speak, listen, and communicate clearly both on the phone and in video conferences,
  • Ability to maintain focus in a complex environment.
