JOB ROLE:

Engaged in handling calls Inbound Calls For the US Travel Process.

Ability to work efficiently in a team environment with pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Converting Reservation query calls to sales calls.

Ability to Identify opportunities and Implement Process Improvements

Have technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity, and analysis.
