ABOUT THE ROLE

LeoVegas is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Junior Social Media Manager to join our diverse & dynamic team in supporting the Spanish & Chilean markets. This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in social media, iGaming, and digital marketing who is eager to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Assist with the management of our social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with laser focus, executing a winning strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals.

• Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content that brings our brands to life and speaks directly to the Spanish & Chilean gaming audience.

• Help monitor and respond to comments and messages on social channels with the aim of building and nurturing a thriving online community of players.

• Support the team in developing social media strategies, calendars, and campaigns.

• Contribute to the analysis of social media metrics and prepare basic reports

• Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and cultural nuances to ensure our content is always relevant, fresh, and engaging.

• Ensure all social media activities adhere to regulations and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Native-level Spanish, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube)

• Proficiency in basic social media management tools

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Passion for social media and its role in brand building

• A basic understanding of the Spanish market

• Excellent attitude and strong work ethic

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of social media marketing

• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and platforms

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual content

• Interest in sports and current events

NICE TO HAVES

• 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Management

• Entry-level experience in Digital Marketing for a global brand or at an agency

• Knowledge of Spanish gambling regulations.
