About the role:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join our exceptional team, teaching Spanish and French across a range of year groups, with a focus on Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5. This role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about creating immersive and dynamic language-learning experiences, inspiring students to develop a deep appreciation for languages and cultures, and equipping them with the skills to succeed in a globalised world

Application Requirements:
• A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Spanish and French at primary level.
• A passion for languages and cultural education, with the ability to inspire young learners.
• Strong classroom management skills and an engaging teaching style.
• A commitment to inclusive teaching practices that meet the needs of all learners.
• An energetic, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging, interactive lessons that cater to varying levels of language ability.
• Teach both Spanish and French across Key Stages, aligning lessons with the school curriculum and national standards.
• Develop students' skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, ensuring progress and confidence in both languages.
• Foster cultural appreciation by incorporating authentic resources (multimedia, music, storytelling, food, art) into lessons.
• Use innovative teaching strategies, including role-plays, games, and group discussions, to make language learning fun and accessible.
• Create a positive classroom environment where students feel supported, challenged, and celebrated.
