About the job:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare accounting documents such as credit notes and invoices, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of sales data in line with company policies and standards
- Manage retail and concession processes, including invoicing, resolving discrepancies, and clearing transitory accounts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations
- Create and deliver various financial and sales reports, including ad-hoc reports, to support decision-making
- Serve as the main point of contact for Swarovski stores, concession stores, and internal teams on finance-related matters
About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret financial data
- Precision and accuracy in managing accounting figures and financial data
- Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
- Ideally, 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role, within an international setting
- Experience with SAP is highly desirable, along with strong Excel skills
- A good command of both written and spoken English and Spanish
- Positive, can-do attitude, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
