About the job:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare accounting documents such as credit notes and invoices, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of sales data in line with company policies and standards
• Manage retail and concession processes, including invoicing, resolving discrepancies, and clearing transitory accounts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations
• Create and deliver various financial and sales reports, including ad-hoc reports, to support decision-making
• Serve as the main point of contact for Swarovski stores, concession stores, and internal teams on finance-related matters

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret financial data
• Precision and accuracy in managing accounting figures and financial data
• Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
• Ideally, 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role, within an international setting
• Experience with SAP is highly desirable, along with strong Excel skills
• A good command of both written and spoken English and Spanish
• Positive, can-do attitude, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
