We are looking for an experienced Spanish teacher to join our bright team. If you have a passion for teaching Spanish and the ability to foster a positive learning environment with patience and tact, we would love to meet you. Your primary goal will be to create an engaging and supportive learning atmosphere that helps students meet their language learning objectives. Using a variety of interesting and effective teaching methods, you will focus on developing skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in Spanish. You'll monitor student progress by tracking their assignments and exam results, providing constructive feedback along the way.
Responsibilities: - Organize classroom lectures and coursework for Spanish language learners.
- Prepare instructional materials and engaging activities to support language development.
- Assign homework and engaging exercises to reinforce lessons.
- Identify students with special learning needs and create tailored educational plans.
- Determine exam and assignment grades to track student progress.
- Provide feedback based on student workload, classroom participation, and behavior.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades.
- Research and implement new and effective language teaching methods.
- Manage classroom challenges and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Collaborate with fellow teaching staff and administrators to foster a positive and productive student experience.
Requirements: - Previous experience as a Spanish teacher.
