Dexcom Billing Specialists are responsible for the quality control of order processing as well as the invoicing of our customers within EMEA.
About the Role:- Perform quality assurance checks on order processing to ensure accurate and timely release of orders.
- Administer invoice generation and invoice delivery tasks for customers across the assigned portfolio of countries.
- Review new customer account setups to ensure we have accurate billing data including controlling and correcting master data files.
- Collaborate with other teams to investigate invoice queries and resolve any billing discrepancies or errors.
- Analyze various billing reports on a regular basis.
About You: - Experience in a similar Billing environment is an advantage.
- Effective and professional communication skills with internal colleagues and external customers.
- Proficient verbal/written communication in English & Spanish language.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Self-disciplined with experience of maintaining accurate documentation and following procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with a conscientious and organized approach;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment as company continues to grow.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,728.33 to €2,033.33 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
