The primary goal of a
POS Support Representative is to deliver routine remote user support, conduct problem analysis and resolution, offer in-depth technical assistance, and provide training. This role involves troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, point of sale (POS) systems, peripherals, and networks. Additionally, due to the dynamic nature of the company, the role may evolve with additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to identify POS system-related issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze call logs to identify common trends and underlying problems, applying logical troubleshooting methods to achieve resolution
- Provide support to customers through various communication channels such as email, tickets, phone, task, and chat systems
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the software and equipment used by customers while maintaining strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Requirements:- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish is a must
- Willingness to enhance computer skills
- Availability to work late evening shifts
- To have the ability to attend trainings at our office in Vilnius, Lithuania
- Strong skills in computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting are advantageous
- Experience in managing or working in the restaurant industry is beneficial
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.

Salary (based on experience) ranging from
1950€ with additional compensation for night shift hours (up to 20%).
