Procurement Specialist - Senior Process Associate - Spanish- Remote EMEA/EU
Responsibilities
• PO (Purchase order) creation
• PO change/cancellation
• ETA Management and PO expediting - updating the estimated time of arrival in the system
• GR (Goods Receipt) posting once delivery is done
• SO (Sales Order) creation-creates customized customer statements and sends them to customers
• Procurement Helpdesk
• Acting as point of contact for any procurement related topic within the business departments

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Experience in Procurement
• Language: Spanish C1, English B2
• SAP knowledge mandatory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; intermediate to advanced skills required
• Organized personality with attention to details and customer orientation;
• Flexibility & tolerance for ambiguity, logical thinking, proactiveness
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls;

Preferred qualifications
• University graduate (Economic studies are an advantage);
• Supply Chain experience is a plus
• Experience in IT industry good to have
• SalesForce experience good to have
