As part of this project, your role as Program Manager will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.
Responsibilities- Program & Project Management:
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to contractual obligations we have with the client.
- Monitor and report out program progress; Identify and highlight to mitigate risks, and support implementation of corrective actions.
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client clients', ensuring a strong understanding of their business needs and requirements.
- Facilitate regular client meetings, reviews, and presentations to report on program status, performance, and any issues.
- Bring forth client concerns and client escalations promptly and effectively and co-ordinate with various teams to help early resolution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership with the client.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth especially with the rebadged team in Madrid.
- Ensure compliance with Wipro's organizational policies, procedures, and standards with added focus on the Spanish rebadged resources.
- Financial & Budgetary Management
- Manage program budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and aligned with financial targets.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and profitability of the program.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Implement best practices and ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) across client engagement are consistent and updated.
- Monitor and report on performance metrices to ensure continuous improvement.
- Facilitate collaboration with clients and internal teams to identify areas for automation, digital transformation, and process reengineering.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit findings.
- Stakeholder Management
- Engage with senior leadership, clients, and other stakeholders to align program objectives with organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate to identify and pursue new business opportunities with the client.
- Support contract negotiations and renewals with clients.
Critical Skills- Foreign language skills:
- English language skills (speaking, writing and reading)
- Spanish language skills (speaking, writing and reading)
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory
- Prior experience program/project management
- Desirable Finance & Accounting background
- Ability to network and collaborate with multiple stakeholders (including senior leadership)
- Availability for international business travel
- Result oriented
