About the Role
We are looking for a Regional CRM Manager (Spanish Native Speaker) to take ownership of customer engagement and retention strategies across Spanish-speaking markets. This role is ideal for a data-driven, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced iGaming environment and has a strong understanding of regional market preferences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute localized CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Plan and optimize promotional campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) tailored to Spanish-speaking markets.
Monitor customer behavior and lifecycle trends, using insights to improve engagement and reduce churn.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, BI) to align CRM activities with business objectives.
A/B test and analyze campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement of CRM activities.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain high-quality customer communication.
What We're Looking For
• Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming, Sports Betting, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, automation tools, and retention strategies.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools).
• Data-driven mindset - ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize engagement.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple markets.
• Fluent in English to collaborate with international teams.
